The Pyramid of Tirana is one of the most iconic places in Albania. Originally built as a museum dedicated to dictator Enver Hoxha, now being transformed by MVRDV into a tech hub for youth empowerment, digital education, and cultural programs.
I designed a brand identity built from the building's brutalist geometry. The 'PIRAMIDA' wordmark breaks each letter into modular shapes: bold, angular pieces that can be reconfigured like building blocks to create different visual compositions.
The design honors the building's complex history while boldly declaring its new purpose: transforming from a dictator's monument into a tool for Albania's youth to experiment, create, and build their future.
