Kristi was an integral part of our team and had exceptional talent for building incredible user experiences. Kristi's work was always on time and he went above and beyond what was requested. Kristi took great direction and always provided immediate feedback on how we could improve each request. Kristi was also a leader within our development team, always led by example. He spoke up to share his creative expertise and always lent a helping hand to his teammates when needed. I was proud to have Kristi as a lead for our team and he continued to make us all better.

Kristi made a profound impact on our application's design and usability. Before Kristi joined our team, our app's design was passable, but he transformed it by taking the time to really understand our users' mindset and addressing their pain points. His innovative approach and dedication led to a complete overhaul of our app, making it significantly more intuitive and user-friendly. Kristi's blend of skill, passion, and user-centric focus set him apart, and his contributions were invaluable in getting our app to market. As the Head of Design at Ritech Solutions AG, I had the pleasure of collaborating closely with Kristi, a Product Designer whose contributions, particularly in the Fintech and AdTech sectors, were invaluable. I've known Kristi since 2019, as a highly engaged and dedicated member of the Junior Achievement of Albania Students' Company PAZO, winner of the Best Students' Company Award of the JAA National Competition and outstanding results in the JA European Competition 2019 in Lille, France. A successful alumnus of JAA programs including Students' Company, JuniorUp (JAA's startup incubation program), and Debating Economics, he contributed to JAA's flagship and new programs developed over those years. A resilient and talented young professional, curious and daring, Kristi established during unimaginable times under total 2020 lockdown his podcast LIVEME, pioneering this scene and offering a communication medium for young professionals and unconventional role models for young followers in ICT, IT, fintech, education, digital marketing, and more. A valuable young professional with distinguished human qualities, Kristi gave back to JAA his expertise, time, commitment, and knowledge. He was a business mentor for JAA's students' companies, part of the National Team of Trainers for the Debating Economics program, certified from International Debate Education Association, and a coach and trainer of young entrepreneurs and debaters. His capacities in UX and visual arts were offered to JAA for improving organizational digital marketing and networking. Kristi's personal and professional attributes, his dedication, open-mindedness, and care for those around him, were qualities that as CEO I saw in him, showing consolidated professional skills through the years while remaining humble and respectful. For these and other qualities he demonstrated during those years of being a JAA beneficiary, collaborator, and contributor, I strongly recommend Kristi as a valuable team member or collaborator of any team he decides to join.
