Overview

DIA Solutions was formed from the merger of dir/Active BV and iARTA BV, bringing together ARTRACK, ARTA, and ESTIMTRACK: web-based software automating patient transportation, OR logistics, and cleaning tasks for healthcare organizations across Europe.

I designed and built the entire platform solo (frontend, backend, CMS, and deployment). Delivered unified brand presence for the newly merged company in 4 weeks. This was my first end-to-end full-stack project.

The Problem

The merger created a critical need for unified web presence, but they operated with fragmented digital properties that couldn't support their new strategic direction.

Post-merger brand identity
New company name (DIA Solutions) needed immediate digital representation to establish market presence
Disjointed customer experience
Legacy websites confused customers and made it hard to understand the unified product offering
No content control
No CMS meant every content change required developer time during critical transition
Product launch deadline
Merger announcement and new product launch happening in 4 weeks, requiring professional website
Multi-market expansion
Accelerating growth across 5 European countries needed multilingual support (EN, ES, NL, FR, DE)
No lead capture
No proper email submission for collecting leads under new brand

The Solution

Built unified platform using headless architecture that addressed each constraint directly.

Key Decisions

Headless CMS with Strapi
WordPress was too complex for non-technical team. Strapi provided clean, visual interface for managing content across all languages without code. Hosted on Strapi Cloud for reliability.
Headless CMS with Strapi
Next.js Frontend on AWS Amplify
Built frontend with Next.js 14 and TypeScript for type safety. Deployed on AWS Amplify and connected to primary domain. Monorepo with separate frontend and CMS folders.
Multilingual Architecture
Strapi's localization system let content editors manage translations for all 5 languages from one place. Frontend auto-propagated locale changes.
Email Capture with Resend
Implemented proper lead capture using Resend for reliable email delivery. Something they'd been missing entirely.
